Order Processing Time

Shipping Carriers
We currently ship orders using:
- Shopify Delivery System
- United States Postal Service (USPS)
- FedEx
Carrier selection may vary depending on order size, weight, and destination.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Product weight
- Package size
- Delivery location
Free Shipping
- FREE SHIPPING on orders of $49 or more within the contiguous United States
Standard Shipping
- Orders under $49 are charged a $5.99 shipping fee
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Back Orders & Partial Shipments
If an item in your order is on back order:
- We may ship available items first
- Remaining items will be shipped once available
- No additional shipping charges will be applied for back-ordered items
International Shipping
We offer international shipping at a flat rate, which will be calculated at checkout.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to the following locations:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Guam
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- Armed Forces Americas (AA)
- Armed Forces Europe (AE)
- Armed Forces Pacific (AP)
🚫 PO Box addresses are not supported.
Address Accuracy & Change Requests
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout
- Once an order is placed, the shipping address is considered final
If you request an address change after placing your order:
- We will make reasonable efforts to assist
- Address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun
If a package is delivered to the original address provided, mydptech Power LLC is not responsible for loss or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Any return or refund requests in such cases will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy, and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Signature Confirmation
For selected high-value electronics or bulk orders, a signature confirmation may be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.
- If no special instructions are provided, signature confirmation may be applied automatically
- Customers may request to opt out by leaving a note at checkout
Important Notice
If you choose to opt out of signature confirmation:
- We are not responsible for claims of non-receipt once the carrier confirms delivery
- Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve such issues
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is delayed, damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive as expected, please contact us within 14 days of delivery or expected delivery date so we can assist you.
